Requirements
Education: A Bachelor's degree in information technology, software development management, software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
Major: Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
Experience: 3
2–3 years of professional experience as a Backend Developer using Laravel (v9+) and PHP 8+
Proven experience delivering at least one production project with 200+ active users (must provide proof or analytics screenshot)
A recent public GitHub repository (within the last 6 months) for code review
Solid understanding of RESTful API design and MVC architecture
Strong command of MySQL/MariaDB, database design, migrations, and query optimization
Experience with queues (Redis/Horizon), events, and schedulers
Familiarity with authentication & authorization (Sanctum, Passport, JWT)
Experience with Git workflow (branches, pull requests, reviews)
