Business Developer – SaaS Solutions
We are a growing software house offering custom software solutions, SaaS platforms, and digital transformation services to clients across various sectors. We're looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Developer to help us scale our operations, generate qualified leads, and close deals with SMBs and enterprise clients.
Skills Required
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the software and SaaS sectors (locally and internationally)
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads using outbound prospecting, partnerships, and market research
Understand client pain points and propose tailored software or SaaS solutions that address their business needs
Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with product and tech teams
Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements
Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and growth strategies
Track and report KPIs including leads, conversion rates, revenue generated, and sales cycles
Represent the company in client meetings, exhibitions, and online events

Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s – University Graduate
Major: Management or any relevant major.
Experience: 2+
2+ years of experience in B2B business development, preferably in IT or SaaS
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, SaaS models, and digital transformation
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
Proven ability to close deals and exceed targets
Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive) and LinkedIn for outreach
Strong research and presentation skills
