O Projects is seeking an exceptional CEO Intern to lead and oversee our innovative Summer Internship Program. This unique position offers a student the opportunity to assume full executive responsibility for managing two competing startup teams, each consisting of 6 interns across various disciplines. The CEO Intern will function as the chief executive officer for the internship program, making strategic decisions, managing resources, and being accountable for the teams' performance and outcomes.

Requirements


Education: A Bachelor's degree in information technology, software development management, software engineering, computer science, or a related field.

Major: Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

Experience: 0

Develop and implement strategic plans for both internship teams

Set clear objectives, milestones, and success metrics

Make executive decisions regarding project direction and priorities

Conduct regular strategic reviews and adjust plans as needed

Provide leadership and guidance to 12 interns across two teams

Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between teams

Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective resource utilization

Oversee day-to-day operations of both teams
